This book focuses on techniques & tools for a better mindset. I'm still struggling with the limitations set by my programming. I still hear the voices of my childhood -- they may be soft whispers now, but they are still there, even when I don't consciously realize it. It is a battle every day to keep negative thoughts away and to remain positive. So to change my mindset I attended many seminars, read many books, and learned many techniques and tools that are going to be with me for the rest of my life. This book has been written to share these tips and insights to help others live their best lives.
