The first half of this story has a fun young couple on a wild road trip vacation. They are driving from east to west coast. On their scenic road adventure, they run into people to help along the way... Then in the second half, you find out how the couple met. They are rock'n'roll musicians. She plays the drums and he plays guitar. They meet in New York, when she is a percussionist in an orchestra. At the time, he was just a Janitor on the cleaning crew for her current theater. He gets kicked out of his apartment and temporarily lives in the boiler-room of the theater as well. Since he is poor, this creates a "love over money" challenge for her...
