Scott Wesley and his team destroyed the largest criminal gang in the history of New York City, and Tracy Seraph and her club were finally safe. But the rest of the City was still suffering the violence of the small groups left over after the destruction of the large criminal organization. More innocent lives were being lost and the pimps were forcing even younger girls into sexual slavery. The situation needed some modern day Robin Hoods, and Scott Wesley's team filled the need.
