The city of Charlotte, North Carolina is in chaos when five women are found brutally murdered. Chief Margo Caldwell has her hands full with one of the nation's highest murder rates and a sadistic serial slayer on the loose in her city. In walks Deputy Chief Karen Browne, a woman determined to solve the grisly killings. Together, the two hit the dangerous streets to catch the killer.
