One may ask, "Why write a book on Chinese toxic products and Chinese shady business practices?" In China's mad rush to modernize and industrialize and improve its economy, few measures were taken to protect the public from defective and toxic products. The purpose of this book is to document these harmful products and practices. Since the United States is the largest trading partner of communist China, it has also borne the brunt of some of these harmful and toxic products. This book should be read by everybody buying Chinese manufactured products in the West, everybody doing business with China, and everybody who plans to travel to China for any significant length of time.
