When is the suitable/right time to restructure organization designing?What time is the most suitable to implement restructure organization designing? Either after the first year short time or the fifth year middle time or the ten years long time. Every organization's changing time is different, it depends on when its industry clients' needs change. What factors cause their needs change. So, due to some organizations' clients needs change in short time, so it influences some organizations ought need to restructure their organizational design in short time, e.g. within one year or within five years. Otherwise, some organizations' clients needs change in longer time, so it influences some organizations ought need to restructure their organizational design in longer time, e.g. after five years or within ten years. Otherwise, some organizations' clients have no any needs change, so it influences some organizations ought not need to restructure their organizational design in longer time, e.g. within ten years. But, its old clients will feel needs change suddenly after ten years. So, it still have possible to change its organizational design after ten years. However, radical changes occur only when, for some reason, many clients' negative feedbacks are replaced by positive feedbacks, due to which the initial changes in one of the organization's components cause further changes to occur in the same direction in order of the organization's components and the changes start to spread in short time. SO, it is the most right time to restructure the organization's designing. However, any organizational changes may include both or either these two components" Hard components include organizational structure and organizational control as well as soft components include organizational culture and organizational leadership. Hence when the organization feels to need implement restructure changing strategy when it feels that it has challenges on eother hard components or soft components or both that it needs to change its structure to find any methods to solve its current problems in the short time. It is the most right time to implement any change restructure strategy.
