I am delighted to release the second edition of the popular text on Northern Canadian heraldry. What started to be a small project has grown into something larger that I could not have possibly imagined. After initial release of the first edition, the book immediately became a bestseller and maintained top 10 position for a few weeks after. Readers of the first edition were prompt to give me comments and suggestions in order to improve the second edition as the news of the text spread. After compiling these comments, I am happy to present to you this second edition of the documentation of heraldry in Northern Canada. You will find that the most notable addition to the text is the artwork of the achievements. This will help assist in describing the details of each component. You will also notice several additions such as a new section on Ecclesiastical heraldry and even a section on Badges in Northern Canada. Thank you again for your continued support in this project. Excerpt from introduction: This book is an attempt to catalogue and describe the different elements of the achievements of Northern Canada as they relate to its people and geography. In its pages, I will try to identify elements that are unique to the region and the significance that they have. Like no other people, Northern Canadians tell their stories through achievements that Canada has never seen before. I have also included a bibliography at the end of this book so that you may read further about this fascinating aspect of heraldry.
