Transnational crime groups in concert with corrupt government officials align against the investigative efforts of DEA agents and US Intelligence officers. The lines have been drawn between the international crime groups to protect an elusive international narcotic trafficker and those intent on stopping him. Countries are in imperil while the international trafficker and his associates push the boundaries to achieve their goal through civil and proxy wars. However, the US investigators realize that the trafficker not only has support from the corrupt governments, but from a power they have never experienced. Will they receive additional aid in time to stop the criminal organizations and the evil trafficker. After 26 years of service, Shayne Kelly retired from the DEA. As a result of his international investigations, Shayne Kelly worked in numerous countries. He holds a Bachelor Degree in History and Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Management. Prior to working at the DEA, Shayne Kelly was a Police Officer with the Houston Police Department.
