I've often heard it takes 21 days for something to become a habit. The question I always wondered is at what point does the habit become life changing? It was this type of thinking that inspired me to follow up my 1st book, I Can Do Better, with this book. Using a similar format from my previous book, I incorporated sermons I've preached while enhancing the 21-day habit principle by multiplying it by 5.71428571 to provide you with 120 days of quotes, scriptures and words of encouragement to help reinforce the change in your life.
