This cookbook was written while transitioning to veganism four years ago. My daughter who was 14 and 1/2 at the time was my biggest inspiration after she had became vegan a year prior. Our journey has had so many enjoyable memories with some great people and amazing food. After detoxing our bodies, learning how to grow food (farm) it has helped to better understand the human body. You know that saying "You are what you Eat". Well when you eat crap you feel like it. Feed your soul straight from mother nature your body will thank you later.
