If you were the President of the United States, contacted by what seems to be genuine extraterrestrials from a planet of the Proxima Centauri system, the Proxies, aliens who have presented a way to communicate faster than the speed of light, what would you do? If your best hopes for world peace and the future of humankind rely on Robbie, a recent college graduate who seems to understand the secrets of the dark energy power that the Proxies gave to Earth, as well as its link to a new indefensible weapon, what would you do?
