Geoff Waugh met his wife during mission teaching in Papua New Guinea. Later he was involved in short-term teaching and mission in Australia, in Ghana and Kenya in Africa, in Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, and in the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Fiji in the South Pacific.
