Being a Yorkshire lass and being brought up in a mining town i have been well travelled around the world, Many people show interest in the Yorkshire accent and around interest in Yorkshire itself and the people there, i have recently published a book of poetry dedicated to the late great George Michael and once published i began writing poetry more frequently and i then decided that one for Yorkshire people to be able to relate to would be an enjoyable read therefore this book was written with that intention. I hope not just Yorkshire people but people from all over the world with an interest in everything about Yorkshire will enjoy reading it. If your from Yorkshire the book shouldn't be a problem to read and understand, yet i think it would be an enjoyable challenge to non Yorkshire folk.
