Apologies for the Inconvenience Caused Dominic Bannister

I am Dominic Bannister, and this is my story, largely based on the diary my court-ordered anger management therapist asked me to keep. At the start of it, I had everything: a successful career, a beautiful wife, two sons whom I adored... and, alas, a hair-trigger temper. Juggling relationships, work and family commitments, business travel, house move and other aspects of what goes by the innocuous term 'daily life' was already driving me mad. Add to that unreliable builders, incompetent IT suppliers, unhelpful banking staff, you name it, and inevitably my proverbial cup would soon be running over. (I ask you: faced with all that, who wouldn't find themselves in the middle of an anti-capitalist riot with a Molotov cocktail in their hand?) All I ever wanted was very simple: straight answers, accurate information, a modicum of consideration, and an apology when things went wrong. But to get any of that, I clearly had to change my approach completely...
