Part 1 of the trilogy is meanly about Tray, one of the Jefferson Street Boys who finds himself in a familiar place, the Baltimore City Detention Center, where he learns about one of West Baltimore's biggest money getters, C. Running his game, Tray finds himself back home, next to C, in love, and believing he's got everything he's ever wanted within his grasp! Will he finally get everything he ever wanted or will the game catch up to him?
