Admiral Kaine has left Hespasia for urgent talks with the Federation. In his absence, his assistant General Gonderous has created fake charges against Rodent in an attempt to have him imprisoned for life. With his freedom about to be cruelly stamped out, Rodent receives a letter stating that a member of his family is on the planet Acquameria and needs his help, as the place where they are located is about to be invaded by the Prophet's Army. Stuck at the Federation Army base on Hespasia, Rodent devises a plan to get away before he is thrown in prison. He enlists the help of a female officer and a male private with no experience, hoping they can help him escape to Acquameria before it is too late.
