So much so that the tales, practices, objects, and written information pertaining to magic found its way into the work of Shakespeare. This book explores how the magic utilized in Shakespeare's work was directly representative of the times in which he lived and examines the relevant historical written accounts pertaining to magic, witchcraft, and all manner of the unnatural occurrences from Shakespeare's contemporaries.
