Esme and her team arrive at 'Doggyland', the wonderful town of joy and fun, but before they can settle in the town and enjoy the amusements of the city, they are called to the K-9 headquarters of Doggyland. When Esme and team arrive at the office, they find their boss, Mr. Thorn, is already waiting for them. Mr. Thorn introduces two other dogs present in the office, Mr. Bosco, the chief of the K-9 at Doggyland and Alice, a fresh graduate Chihuahua recruited to K-9. Mr. Thorn hands over a case of two Corgi twin dogs went missing from last two days. He told them they would have to work very hard on this case and find the twins, Morena and Jovi, as they are the niece and nephew of the Mayor of the Doggyland, a fat flabby Bulldog. Mr. Thorn recruit Alice as the new member of Esme's team. Alice is an enthusiastic dog, and she wants to prove herself before Esme, her mentor and inspiration to join K-9. Esme and team gets on the case and while they investigate the missing twins they come across some ugly truth.
