A Hidden Crime is the first in the Splitted Kingdom series of books by Kwasi Atta. 100 years ago, there was once a kingdom united under the rule of the dinosaurs; but a power struggle between the lion, the eagle and their followers resulted in a war which raged on for many years. This led to the kingdom splitting into the Labori and Azigi kingdoms. The Labori kingdom was ruled by the lion, and the Azigi kingdom ruled by the eagle.
