Gamers put a robotic rover and a 3d printer on the Moon, and started making things. After several difficult years they had three dozen rovers. They were making engines, and more equipment and rovers. They began creating lunar infrastructure. Of course the smarts for those had to come from Earth. Regulators, inspectors and taxmen laughed. "Space Guilds? Just Gamers, kids with toy rovers. Sure, on the Moon. So what? When they reach eighteen, we can put their talents to work. In the Army drone corps. Let them play. For now."Governments and big contractors, focused on propaganda victories. pushed landing men and women on the Moon. The Gamers success with their small robots was unexpected. They were a threat. Threats had to be stopped. But could governments win?AUTHOR BIOGRAPHYMichael D. Hayes lives in San Antonio, Texas with his wife Teresa.
