Memories of Dismaland is my extensive full color photo diary of the amazing temporary pop up theme park erected by Banksy and 58 other artists set up in the seaside resort town of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, England. Prepared in secret under the guise of constructing a movie set for a Hollywood film company filming a crime thriller called "Grey Fox", the pop-up exhibition at the Tropicana, a disused lido, was clearly a sinister twist on Disneyland, although Banksy denied any relationship to Disney and actually banned Disney associates from the park that opened during the weekend of 21 August 2015, ran 36 days and closed permanently on 27 September 2015.
