Raquel is focused on teaching students and young adults how to operate their own businesses and/or how to manage a business successfully. Shifting into Purpose: The Journey to Entrepreneurship will provide tools needed for a business plan, how to market a business, financial literacy, supply and demand, business structure, and more. Shifting into Purpose: The Journey to Entrepreneurship will assist in identifying your purpose and gifts, along with forming guiding principles to stay on the right path to work with a purpose to achieve entrepreneurial goals. Raquel has shared her guiding principles as a guide for readers to create their guiding principles. Raquel continues the sentiment of community outreach with her nonprofit organization, Dream Catchers Foundation. The organization assists youth from impoverished neighborhoods and broken homes-much like her own-gain the skills and self-confidence needed to achieve their goals. Shifting into Purpose: The Journey to Entrepreneurship is one of the tools she uses to help the youth and young adults in communities. She gives them a book and workbook to guide them through their entrepreneurial journey.
