There are two things that nine-year-old Niles can count on when his family moves to a new town. One, his love for trying new sports will help him meet people. Two, his friendship with his pet dragon Bradford means he will never be alone. However, when a bully on the baseball team makes life hard for Niles, Bradford's idea of helping his friend gets him banned from the game.
