I think it makes sense to buy a book for the amount it's asking for because if the author has an authentic reason with evidence for why they wrote their book and priced it as such, then that author's book is worth your every penny. In fact, the real reason why I wrote this book, was so I could help people understand that sometimes their belief about race can be wrong, damaging, and dividing. When I was in elementary school, I was honored with the chance to display publicly to my elementary school a black history sign that I excitedly volunteered to create from scratch, on a wall in the library. The main reason why the head librarian at my elementary school chose to hang my sign up so everyone that walks into that library could view it, was because not only do I still today have a black-history-wall, full of pictures of my black ancestors, or was overly passionate about black heritage, but because I volunteered to help that librarian make her job easier. I got my work done early in class just to go help my library, help folks pick out books, help recommend books to people to read, and helped put a smile on that librarian's face almost everyday. Most of my entire life span has been dedicated to helping others with anything but one way I could share wisdom more importantly, was through writing. Allow my books to enlighten you, guide you, entertain you, move you, but most certainly provide you with a sense of love you've probably never experienced. One thing about people in the world, if they tatse a book that was crafted from love and not dollar signs, they will become what they were always destined to be... A hero.
