Wayne Smalls cleverly uses the term dap which is also a slang term for a handshake, fist pump or hand pound. The quest of every leader is to successfully achieve a goal or reach a certain milestone in life. Every quest to achieve greatness starts with a dream. The dream must be succeeded by an action or set of actions. Once actions are taken, and the journey towards success has begun, the individual becomes powerful.
