Arocha, a retired Master Teacher of the Division of City Schools Manila, had taught for 38 years in Cayetano Arellano High School as an English teacher. Every person who passed through this great school - students and teachers alike - could look back to with pride to the facts that had been part of the great tradition and history of the school.
