Jesus' Valencia the uncle of Christy Billings, is a hard working family man with a gambling habit. He is forced to stop gambling for good when he gets in way over his head with a local casino. Unable to pay his debt, he asks the casino owner Felipe' Morales, to help him get a fresh start at breaking his addiction. Felipe' offers Jesus' grace by wiping his debt clean until he hears that Jesus' threatened his brother in law at their job. Felipe' confronts Jesus' about it and he apologizes not knowing his coworker and Felipe' were related, but it is too late. Felipe' believes Jesus' should have paid it forward with grace the way he did for him. Now the debt is back on for Jesus' to pay in a month. To make matters worse, Jesus' wife and daughter are kidnapped and the kidnapper wants a ransom which Jesus' cannot pay also. Jesus' thinks Felipe' is behind the kidnapping but that is further from the truth. But one of Felipe's runners, Carlos knows who did it, and he is willing to help Jesus' after he learns his friends father who works for Felipe' tried to kill him. With no where to turn, Jesus' and Carlos ask Felipe' for help before it is too late. As the clock ticks, Jesus' tries to find his family, while Felipe' seeks to know if one of his own is behind the kidnapping.
