At its heart, Beyond the Door is about good and evil, love and loss and spiritual awakening. The book opens with a murder: a young woman is brutally killed in her own home after visiting a medium. Her fiancee, Jack Brookes, is left to pick up the broken pieces of his life and to try and understand why she was murdered. In his quest, he learns that the medium his fiancée visited isn't all he appears to be. With the help of a mysterious woman and a true spiritualist, Jack sets off on a journey of discovery through endless twists and turns that eventually sees him face his own demons, mentally and physically. About the AuthorKeiron's was a successful school teacher but two years ago, overnight he became a single parent to three children. The life of a teacher wasn't conducive to this, and as his youngest child was only three years old, he had to leave his career to care for his children. Being a glass half-full type, he took the opportunity to write the book that had always simmered inside him. This is his first novel and he hopes to follow this up with even more ideas under the horror genre.
