Al Boureé is tired of living in a small town with little opportunity to do anything other than to grow old. He's tired of keeping his deceased father's funeral home from going under. But more than anything, he's tired of dealing with petty, hypocritical people with over inflated egos. His life is about to take a serious turn that will involve the DEA, the FBI, a sham televangelist, an overly zealous political activist, and a messianic radio preacher determined to convert Al from his heretical ways.
