I also recommend to apply internet teaching toole to change future school science and engineering experiment work place to carrying on any science and engineering experimenting in school laboratories. It will require a changing future school experiment work force, making (S& E) education and lifelong learning important priorities. We need have a unique opportunity to actively shape the development and use of techniques to improve the quality of experiment work when also increasing productivity and economics growth in manufacturing and in service sectors, such as healthcare and education from internet technology. For example, (S& E) activities rely increasingly on infrastructure that is diverse in space, cost and implementation time, everything from major observatories to nationwide sensor networks to smaller experiments from internet educational tool.
