The hourglass is the second in a series of short poem books. It invites you to consider the concept of time and how it slips through our fingers like sand. It considers how our younger selves had no concept of time and how that changes with age. It also looks at other subjects pertinent to us all, such as homelessness, dementia, mental health, terrorism, immigration and dealing with grief when we lose a loved one. A mixed book of varied world issue content.
