This is a poetic guide that navigates various experiences that people with mental illness go through as a better way to understand the illness and then help those afflicted with it. Also, this is a guide to illustrate what mental health and mental wellness could look like if one manages themselves well. The experiences portrayed attempt to illustrate what mental illness can look like and feel like for both the person suffering with the illness and also those around them. A goal of this book is to bust the stigma surrounding mental illness by gaining a wider understanding and acceptance of it.
