Freddie Fabulous is the star of Rizzo's circus and the best dog in the world. He knows this because his beloved master told him so. But one day his master disappears and Freddie Fabulous is left alone and friendless. Freddie Fabulous is exceptionally clever with a finely developed sense of his own superiority. In fact he's rather arrogant. But now he must survive on his own. He sets out to find his master on a long and arduous journey, encountering friendship, indifference, cruelty and kindness from the animals and people that he meets along the way.
