Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), determine endangered status for three plants: Chromolaena frustrata (Cape Sable thoroughwort), Consolea corallicola (Florida semaphore cactus), and Harrisia aboriginum (aboriginal prickly-apple), under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended. These plants are endemic to South Florida. This final rule implements the protections provided by the Act for these species.
