Eve Gonzales is the founder of "Caring Hearts." She has a passion to help others. When she's not guest speaking around the U. S., she enjoys spending time at home in Southern GA with her husband, two children and their many animals. A challenge was accepted to determine how well two women could survive alone in a wilderness environment. Starting with untouched land they would begin to make it habitable - alone. They knew the risks, but were determined to see how well they would survive without anyone to turn to for help. Although the challenge was for them, they wanted to do this for women everywhere to show what they too could accomplish if they set their minds to it. They only had to survive to do so! To live in the wilderness with limited "modern" conveniences to begin a homestead, was the challenge. The personal accomplishment would be an evaluation of their skills and a better understanding of the physical, mental and emotional toll they would have to endure to do so. Determined to Survive - A Mother-Daughter journey is about courage, determination, and endurance. Follow as our heroines face each new day and challenge. Some challenges, where victories, and some where not so victorious. In the end, their courage and determination pushed them through to succeed in a "world" that was inhospitable and sometimes hostile.
