Evolving as a heroine, rather than a victim after her husband abandons her and their six children, Lynne provides a stable and loving environment, while balancing a variety of jobs. At the same time, she becomes a voice in her community. She is instrumental in founding the Brandon Little Theatre and gains accolades for her many and varied performances on the Florida community theatre scene. A second marriage blesses her with a blended family of twelve children. They enjoy an idyllic lifestyle on Sanibel and Captiva Islands where she works side-by-side with her husband, writes their story, makes an appearance on national television, and performs on the dinner theatre stage. Despite a devastating fire, personal loss, and what proves to be two disastrous marriages, she enable her children to step into adulthood armed with courage and humor.
