America's Warrior Partnership's Community Integration model is a warrior-focused model. This book is for any like-minded organizations that wish to use the Community Integration model to empower warriors in their community.

In this text, you will learn how to use this model in your community to know your veterans, rally existing resources, and improve the quality of life for veterans, their family members, caregivers, and survivors. We want to empower veterans, and we know the best way to do that is to empower every community in America to empower their hometown veterans.
