The bodies of local women are turning up on the city streets and the evidence points to best friend and former colleague of Detective Jessica Barnes. Blaine Cooper was found in the east side of town, unconscious with a dead female beside him, and a pile of evidence. Is he the Scorned killer or is he being set up?
