High cholesterol, Diabetes, Obesity, Cardiovascular Issues, Strokes and Osteopenia are all part of my genetic makeup. I did not know that something as simple as changing my eating lifestyle could change my predisposition to all these chronic diseases that have plagued generations in my family line.

Twenty years ago I fell into natural food cooking and found the connection between health and eating. It has become my passion that I want to share with you in this book.
