Friendship is not conceived by sperm and an egg doing the Hokey Pokey. It's more like 'whack a mole'. For Raine and Julie, their friendship begins with Julie's klutzy fall, and Raine subsequently losing her job. When a mysterious person leaves threatening messages to punish unkept promises, long time secrets of small-town Runge, Texas, hit the gossip grapevine. Staying safe from the threats and trying to unravel the mystery of "the punisher" gets the two friends into hilarious situations. Add other interesting characters to the mix and the sister-friendship takes on a new life - one that transcends time, pimples, cellulite, and varicose veins.
