This story is about Johnny, one of the pancake kids. Johnny is afraid to go to sleep in his room because of the noises and shadows he sees in his room when his mom turns out the lights. However Johnnys mother helps him get over his fears by showing him the importance of being courageous enough to take the time and look. When Johnny did this, he was able to realize that the things in his room was special to him and there was no need for him to be afraid anymore.
