Groups of outlaws, god-worshipping cults, and other barbaric fanatics are the unofficial leaders of the territory outside of the megalopolises - anarchy at its finest. Amidst the chaos, the cynical Gellert and his younger brother Scotty journey through the dystopian wasteland. They don't know the meaning of Scotty's recurring dream about a tower. They don't know why mutants are hunting them down. They don't know of the horrors that await them - or what horrors they are capable of. But that all changes when they enter a strip club.
