Lyric Summer Zane and Landon start a software development business in Austin, Texas. Lyric is one of the first black female CEOs in Austin, and Landon, with various degrees in Artificial Intelligence, is Chief Technology Officer. The young startup wins a new technology development contract with the US Government and is just starting into the creation process when someone breaks into their offices. Something is strange about the break-in as it doesn't appear the thief took anything.
Among the startup company's clients is a US Government Agency. As it becomes evident that potentially lethal forces are at work to steal the new technology, the Agency takes an interest in the break-in. It sends one of their biologically enhanced agents to protect the software developers. Barbara Ann gets the assignment. She is one of the Agency's best operators, but also the most troublesome. Barbara Ann does not always follow the rules.
Can Barbara Ann, the software company, and other US Government agents stop the foreign spies before the new game changing software winds up in Beijing or Moscow?
