Hi! I'm Henry. I'm here to help you cope with grief. Sometimes our loved ones can no longer be with us. You may feel happy and sad when you think about them. Grief comes in all forms and can confuse us. It's okay to talk about your feelings and that's what we're going to do! Come with me on an adventure through a story using Emotional Intelligence.
