(Stress, Anger, Anxiety, and Depression) Woman Syndrome as she aims to encourage, inspire, and motivate others who are facing the same obstacles. Czarina Lynell is a mental health advocate, a lover of peace and serenity, and a Breast Cancer Survivor. She is also a wife and a mother of three amazing children. She is extremely passionate about people and loves helping others. Czarina especially enjoys turning smirks to smiles and has been very intentional about giving hope, sharing love, and creating peace, since her diagnosis. She believes she survived on purpose for a purpose - to share her story. She endeavors to encourage a generation to embrace, create, and maintain peace.
