Sugar, sugar, sugar! Wanda Wren, Health-Nut Hen, loves to eat her sugary treats. From chocolates and candies to sugary foods galore. Wanda is always asking for just one more. Until today she has had enough! "Sick of feeling the tummy ache blues, Wanda looks to Mama for some comforting news." That's when Mama reassures Wanda with a couple simple chants. "Whole foods, whole foods! To feel your best, to jump and play, you must eat fruits and veggies every single day." This is when the adventures begin. From inside a dark, rocky cave to climbing trees, big and tall, Wanda and Mama embark on a whole foods seeking adventure. Into the "jungle" they go as they find peppers, berries, greens, grains and more! Until, their adventures must come to an end as Wanda and Mama find themselves in a strange place.
