This is a workbook and journal for children to memorialize the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. It includes fun worksheets to guide them and prompt conversations. This book includes word searches, games, puzzles, fill in the blanks, mindfulness, history and blank pages for children to write what is on their mind. This book is meant to be their own personal history book of this time. It is important for their voices to be heard and to be saved to share with future generations.

This is a child's personal history book of these challenging times. They are living history and having a journal to save their thoughts and feelings is important for their ability to remember these moments. Journaling is healing and can help children work through what they are feeling and help parents see this pandemic through a child's point of view.
