This book is my debut poetry collection written between the ages of fifteen and twenty. I have autism which makes my communication skills limited. At age fifteen, I found the Rapid Prompting Method (RPM) to help me communicate. Now, I write my thoughts by pointing to letters on a letter board. My communication partners write it down on paper for me. It is not easy, but I finally have a voice. This collection gathers my thoughts in four chapters - Barriers, Overcoming, Enjoying and Creating. I hope that you will enjoy my heartfelt, interesting and sometimes humorous writings. A big shoutout to my sister Jade for illustrating the book for me.
