This book is an explanation of my health journey from an early age to my current state of being. It all started at around middle school, where I began to have many different health issues. What I have discovered over the last forty years or so; such as what I was putting into my body was slowly killing me, including diet soda; has led me down many pathways and has brought me to my current state of being; right where God has placed me. And, without His leading I would not be where I am today. God has instructed me to share my story with you, and I hope that reading about my journey will somehow help you find your path to your healing and better health.
