Apocalypse Virus: Symptomatic picks up where Apocalypse Virus: Initial Infection left off. Dillon is forced to fight for his life to entertain others. The rest of the group stumbles through life without Dillon there to protect them. Sonia and Frank grow closer with every passing day. Alex tries to persuade Dillon into joining him, the promise of freedom and information make for a tempting offer.




The mutants these survivors encounter become stranger and deadlier. Thad must decide where his loyalty lies on the eve of the climactic fight. Each fight grows more intense than the one before, pushing our characters to their limits. Can Dillon survive the grueling gauntlet of Alex's Arena? Will Frank, Jill, Liz, and Sonia make it to the docks intact or will the obstacles in their way prove to be too much for them?
